Shipping

Shipping will be by UPS Ground regular service, unless other means are requested by the customer, and special arrangements are made and paid for by phone contact with Freshwater Farms representative.

Returns

Returns of products must be pre-approved by calling 1-800-634-7434 and receiving prior authorization for refunds, replacement or exchange as determined by Freshwater Farms of Ohio, Inc. Return shipping will be paid by the customer. Refunds on purchases made by credit cards must be made on the same credit card on which the original purchase was made. We offer a full refund for customer satisfaction on any purchase within 7 days of purchase once the item has been returned to Freshwater Farms under prior authorization. All other warranties will be honored according to the specific item and it's written policy of the manufacturer or Freshwater Farms, whichever applies.
